CSV Format Instructions:

Required Columns (1-9):

Roll, Name, Mobile No 1, Mobile No 2, Exam Name, Marks, Neg, Highest, Position

Optional Column (10):

Date (YYYY-MM-DD format, like: 2025-09-23)

Example CSV content:
Roll,Name,Mobile No 1,Mobile No 2,Exam Name,Marks,Neg,Highest,Position,Date

Important:

  • Mobile numbers: Format as TEXT in Excel or wrap in quotes "01712345678"
  • Names with commas: Wrap in quotes "Rashid, Ahmed"
  • Date is optional - leave empty if not available
  • Keep header row as first line
  • Save as CSV (Comma Separated Values) format

OMR File Naming Instructions:

Filename Format:

ROLLNUMBEREXAMNAME + other_details.bmp

Examples:

  • 185678MCQ05020250923000017.bmp
  • 180423BIO12345678901234567890.bmp
  • 179456PHY98765432109876543210.bmp

System extracts:

  • Roll Number: First 6 digits (185678)
  • Exam Name: Next 3 letters (MCQ, BIO, PHY)
  • Rest of filename is ignored

Requirements:

  • Roll number must match CSV data
  • Exam name should match exam in CSV
  • Supported formats: .bmp, .jpg, .jpeg, .png
  • Bulk upload: Select hundreds/thousands of files at once
